It was a neat experiment for me to try to convey immersive sounds of the Bay Area with only images as the install cannot have sound. I was a bit inspired by video Skype glitches.

Also I am teaching one more class for kids on building Critter Habitats/Homes at CCM on October 29th.

Please join artist and composer, Andrea Williams, for an energizing soundwalk that focuses on listening and awakening the senses through sound and movement.  This meditative soundwalk takes place in the magnificent 3.5-acre garden on top of the Kaiser Building parking garage at Lake Merritt in Oakland.  Together, we will create rituals and public art to welcome in the longer, sunnier days of summer among the trees, reflective pond, and fountains in the bountiful green garden on top of the city.
