Kaiser Center Rooftop Garden Soundwalk

Friday July 15th, 1:45-2:45 pm

Please join artist and composer, Andrea Williams, for an energizing soundwalk that focuses on listening and awakening the senses through sound and movement.  This meditative soundwalk takes place in the magnificent 3.5-acre garden on top of the Kaiser Building parking garage at Lake Merritt in Oakland.  Together, we will create rituals and public art to welcome in the longer, sunnier days of summer among the trees, reflective pond, and fountains in the bountiful green garden on top of the city.

TIME: 1:45 pm - 2:45 pm (Please arrive at 1:30 pm as walk will begin promptly at 1:45 pm)

LOCATION:  Meet at Webster St. (between 20th St. and 21st St) OAKLAND.  BART to 19th St. Oakland.  Walk three short blocks to Webster St. between 20th and 21st. St. There is a CVS on the corner. Andrea will be in the middle of the block on Webster holding a red balloon.
